If you wish to return your order, please follow these easy steps

Step 2: Connect on WhatsApp

You’ll be redirected to our official WhatsApp chat.

Please send us a message with your Order Number and mention “Return Request

Step 3: Share Return Details

  • Our support team will ask for a few details like product photos and reason for return.

  • Once verified, we’ll confirm your return request.

Step 4: Pickup & Refund

  • After confirmation, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

  • Once we receive and verify the product, your refund/replacement will be processed

Note

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product should be unused and in its original packaging.

  • For any query, message us directly on WhatsApp.
